Job Description

Internal Support (1 year contract) (19K-32K) (SDG-21926)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Provide level support and talking with user to determine problems
	Participate of information and operational support systems
	Install configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
	Liaise with vender and IT personnel for problem resolution
	Set up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in 

Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok 
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Saturday)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, 24-35 years
	Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
	Experience 2-5 years as IT support, Internal Support or related field         
	Good command of spoken and written English                        
	Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude   
	Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure   
	Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients                         
	Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Experience in Network configuration  
	Experience in Windows server
