Job Description

Internal Support (19K-32K) (SDG-24881)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Provide level support and talking with user to determine problems
	Participate of information and operational support systems
	Install configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
	Liaise with vendor and IT personnel for problem resolution
	Set up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
	This position requires OT works; weekends or after works depends on case. (To support network/system)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Female, age 24-35 years old
	Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer or related fields
	Experience 2-5 years as an IT support (Infrastructure/ Network/ System)
	Good command of spoken and written English                        
	Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude   
	Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure   
	Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients                         
	Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Experience in Network configuration  
	Experience in Windows server

Languages skills 
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday (and 8 Saturdays per year))
