Internal Recruiter (HR)(JP) (50K–70K) (SDG-90008) ผู้สรรหาบุคลากรภายใน (HR)(ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job Responsibilities > ▽Recruiting - Define, prepare and manage detailed job descriptions and requirements for agency and Websites - Search and Contact with candidates independently using LinkedIn or Company database - Manage Job posting or advertisement - Screen the new candidates based on resume - Manage Interview processes from start to finish ▽Training and Development - Update Training Program including manual, scripts, training videos, tests, check sheets - Update employee onboarding process or orientation session for new employees - Update existing program for existing employees to enhance their skills - Design new programs for employee motivation or teambuilding based on the company culture - Develop and maintain employee reward or award programs - Manage work rules, employment contracts, labor law reporting and representation - Prepare documents for recruiting such as employment agreements/ employee warnings / and dismissals - Evaluate training effectiveness - Receive feedback from employees about effectiveness of training methods ▽Culture - Maintain and enhance the company culture through messaging, programs, awards - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old - Any Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years’ experience in human resources industry or recruitment tasks in corporate company - Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up, Communicate with clients, candidates or agents) - Conversational high level of English - Person who can work independently and detail oriented - Person who doesn't hesitate to communicate with others <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese company Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : Conversational Workplace Area: BTS Sala daeng Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (Sat: none)) About the Benefits 50,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Recruiting services Business Type: Staffing / Recruiting
