Internal Control Supervisor / J-Sox Supervisor <Job Responsibilities> • Monitor, analyse, and identify an existing problem in production process. Finding the root cause and recommend action with problem solving skill. Then coordinate with support team to come up with corrective and preventive action. • Develop method to make manufacturing practice more efficient resulting in customer satisfaction, delivery, and cost effectiveness. • Increase production productivity by using innovative solution applying to manufacturing process for high utilization in production. • Investigate the cause of customer complaints and propose corrective and preventive measures. • Coordinate and support manufacturing process in responsible area with section manager and team.
