Internal Control (Supervisor - Assistant Manager) (33K–73K) (SDG-100366) เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมภายใน (หัวหน้างาน - ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ) <Job responsibilities> - Arrange, execute, and carry out the function of internal controls (COSO-ERM and J-Sox) - Carry out a risk assessment across all departments, notify the manager directly of any concerns with risk management and any weaknesses in internal controls, and offer suggestions for enhancing the organization's operations. - Support IC manager to set-Up departmental processes, Company rules, and manuals. - Create/Develop self-assessment and explain to manager level. - Communicate with managers and employees on how the management is improving internal control issues (incident occurrence). - Plan/create the internal training program that includes proper New hire orientation and ongoing training for all employees. - Monitoring, summarizing, and following Up on incidents and events. - Monitoring and Follow-Up credit control Department the New designated person by AMLO. - Follow New local law, prepare the summary and propose the guidance/idea to the senior manager. - Other duties as requested. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - จัดเรียง และดำเนินการฟังก์ชันการควบคุมภายใน (COSO-ERM และ J-Sox) - ดำเนินการประเมินความเสี่ยงในทุกแผนก แจ้งผู้จัดการโดยตรงถึงข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงและจุดอ่อนในการควบคุมภายใน และเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานขององค์กร - สนับสนุนผู้จัดการ IC เพื่อตั้งค่ากระบวนการของแผนก กฎเกณฑ์ของบริษัท และคู่มือ - สร้าง/พัฒนาการประเมินตนเองและอธิบายให้ผู้จัดการทราบ - สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการและพนักงานเกี่ยวกับวิธีการที่ฝ่ายบริหารปรับปรุงประเด็นการควบคุมภายใน (เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น) - วางแผน/สร้างโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมภายในซึ่งรวมถึงการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่และการฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่องสำหรับพนักงานทุกคน - ติดตาม สรุป เหตุการณ์ต่างๆ - ติดตามสินเชื่อ บุคคลที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งใหม่จากปปง. - ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายท้องถิ่นใหม่ เตรียมบทสรุปและเสนอแนวทาง/แนวคิดต่อผู้จัดการอาวุโส - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
