Internal Audit Assistant Manager (35K–50K) (SDG-100455) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายตรวจสอบภายใน <Job responsibilities> - Prepare Audit Annual plan and internal control activities - Develop internal Audit programs for group companies (Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya, Samut Prakan and Khon Kaen) - Ensure that business operations and undertaken in accordance with Company rules and J-SOX Law and Other supervisory authorities - Working and training with business unit SOX coordinators - Communicating SOX testing results with management - Provide recommendations for the control of weaknesses and improvement opportunities identified during the Audit - Follow up and Prepare internal Audit report after Performing Audit topic to management - Perform Other or ad-hoc as assignments <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - จัดทำแผนการตรวจสอบประจำปีและกิจกรรมการควบคุมภายใน - พัฒนาโปรแกรมการตรวจสอบภายในสำหรับบริษัทในเครือ (ปทุมธานี อยุธยา สมุทรปราการ และขอนแก่น) - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินธุรกิจและดำเนินการตามกฎของบริษัทและกฎหมาย J-SOX และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอื่น ๆ - การทำงานและการฝึกอบรมกับผู้ประสานงานหน่วยธุรกิจ SOX - สื่อสารผลการทดสอบ SOX กับฝ่ายบริหาร - ให้คำแนะนำสำหรับการควบคุมจุดอ่อนและโอกาสในการปรับปรุงที่ระบุในระหว่างการตรวจสอบ - ติดตามและจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบภายในภายหลังการดำเนินการตรวจสอบหัวข้อต่อฝ่ายบริหาร - ดำเนินการอื่นๆ หรือเฉพาะกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
