Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Receive and develop design assignments from the Tokyo headquarters, contributing to a wide range of international architectural projects. - Participate in architectural design development and master planning from concept through design documentation stages. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design quality and project objectives are achieved. - Support the delivery of overseas projects by collaborating closely with international stakeholders and project teams.. - Review design outputs and monitor project progress to maintain quality standards and adherence to project requirements. - Coordinate with external consultants and sub-consultants within the defined project scope to ensure alignment across disciplines. - Contribute to project presentations, design reviews, and coordination meetings with clients and project stakeholders. - Support the implementation of design strategies and project execution in accordance with company standards and international best practices.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. - At least 2 years of interior design or architecture from various multi building types (such as high rise, retail, warehouse, factory commercial, port and urban design) - Good computer skills such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and Rendering programs and other project related software. - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with foreigner clients for presentation and internal communication) <In Details> - Require to summit Portfolio for further consideration - High responsibility, enthusiastic, able to work on deadlines, open minded and good team player - Able to travel domestic and or a short term over sea for office purpose - Capable to come across all work stages including monitoring and mentoring with less experience than oneself <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Hold Architecture licence - Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D, BIM (Revit), and AI applications is preferred. - Skill in Japanese will be a plus.
