Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To develop detailed construction and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects. - To create floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical documentation. - To produce detailed drawings for custom joinery and built-in furniture. - To revise and update drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions. - To create and update standardized drawing templates. - To collaborate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy. - To verify site dimensions and incorporate measurements into project drawings. - To provide technical drafting support and assist in resolving design and construction issues. - To maintain organized drawing records and project documentation. - To deliver drawings in accordance with project timelines and deadlines. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Product Design - At least 3 years of experience in interior design, architectural, or renovation drafting for office buildings - Experience in developing design concepts and translating them into accurate technical drawings - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in AutoCAD <In Details> - Strong attention to detail, dimensions, and accuracy - Good time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Responsible, well-organized, and able to work effectively within a team <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in joinery detailing - Experience in 3D software
