Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in details with clients and arrange project schedule
- Understand clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, develop design concepts after consultation with clients and establish the final plan
- Consider materials and costs according to budget and project fees negotiation
- Conduct feasibility studies for projects/Project Management
- Maintain the standard of Quality/Cost/Delivery
- Research and gather information and photographs related to the project
- Produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25 – 35
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Architecture majoring in Interior Design
- At least 3 years’ experience in Interior Company or possess technical knowledge about interior/furniture/design
- Able to use AUTO-CAD, 3D Max
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Work well under pressure
- Willing to work over time
- Communication and negotiation skills
Workplace Area: Srinakarindr Road, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday-Friday 8:30 – 17:30
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-70,000 THB/Month
