Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle negotiations with existing clients, including interior construction proposals, quotation preparation, and contract administration - Order fulfillment - Project management, including site visits using personal vehicle - Cost management - Safety control - Regular communication with clients - Manage construction schedule to ensure completion by delivery date (average project duration 1-2 months) - Work night shifts for approximately 20% of projects (10:00 pm to 6:00 am, after store closure) - Other assigned tasks related to interior construction management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline OR Work experience as sales engineer in any industry - Conversational middle-level of English for document use (writing and reading) - Interest in craftsmanship and interior design - Ability to work night shifts - Candidates who can use their own cars for site visits <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working for an interior construction management company - Conversational level of Japanese
