Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and strengthen relationships with insurance partners and agents - Drive process improvements between Sales and Operations related to insurance services - Develop and enhance systems to improve operational controls and efficiency - Maintain and update insurance pricing within the system - Negotiate rebates, discounts, and special pricing arrangements for both regular and high-volume transactions - Oversee new car insurance issuance, monitor policy renewals, and ensure timely policy delivery to customers - Optimize insurance income while effectively managing and monitoring loss ratios - Conduct competitive tender reviews at least every two years to evaluate pricing, service quality, and new business solutions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience as Motor Insurance, Underwriting, Claims, Insurance Operations, Fleet Insurance in the insurance industry, preferably in motor insurance, automotive or financial services - Conversational high in English (Communication and writing) - Must hold a valid driving license and be capable of driving a motor vehicle for business and operational purposes <Details> - Advanced Excel skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Proactive mindset with a track record of driving initiatives and continuous improvement <Preferable Skill/ Experience>
