Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To coordinate with the Sales Team to prepare insurance quotations - To select appropriate coverage plans to support product presentations to clients - To liaise with insurance companies to obtain quotations and verify the accuracy of coverage terms and conditions - To check and verify the premium rates before presenting or delivering them to clients - To negotiate insurance premiums and coverage terms with insurance companies to ensure suitability and competitiveness - To manage policy by following up on and verifying the accuracy and completeness of insurance policies - To support and oversee documents issued by insurance companies - To handle renewal processes, monitoring renewal notices, maintaining records and databases systematically - To deliver renewal documents and policies to clients - To verify the accuracy and completeness of insured parties’ information - To support documentation for all types of insurance products - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance and Risk Management, or Financial Management - At least 5 years of experience as an Underwriter or preparing quotations for Corporate Non-Motor Insurance from a Broker Company - Conversation High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese report line, the Japanese customer, and make a report) <In Details> - Experience in Fire or Property Insurance, Public Liability Insurance, and Construction Insurance - Holds valid Life Insurance Broker or Non-life Insurance Broker licenses - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (used to make a report) - Excellent coordination and negotiation abilities - Possesses strong team management skills < Preferred Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Motor Insurance and/or Group Life Insurance will be an advantage
