Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform basic instrumentation design based on customer specifications, P&ID, and UFD - Prepare Instrument Lists and Instrument Data Sheets for plant operation - Select and procure instruments, instrument panels, and gas/liquid analyzers - Coordinate and manage subcontractors for detailed instrumentation and DCS design - Arrange and manage field instrumentation work orders - Review documents submitted by subcontractors and negotiate field work costs - Calculate orifice sizes, check control valve CV values, and prepare hook-up drawings - Supervise instrumentation work at project sites - Conduct pre-commissioning checks and on-site verification
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of experience in instrument design for industrial plants - Ability to read and understand P&ID and basic process documentation - Having a driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with chemical plant projects - Experience coordinating with subcontractors or vendors - Knowledge of control valves, orifice calculation, and hook-up drawings - Exposure to DCS-related design or coordination work
