Work outline: Overall installation control and test including manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Oversee and direct projects from conception to completion
Ø Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Ø Oversee all onsite and offsite to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Ø Manage and implement to meet contractual conditions and performance
Ø Consulting and recommends the solution in the renovation project
Ø Monitor budget allocations and expenditures related to the project
Ø Co-ordinate and negotiate with suppliers
Ø Review the work progress on daily basis and resolve by create corrective and preventive action plan to catch up schedule
Ø Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and present to all stakeholders
Ø Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Ø Prepare presentation for monthly meeting
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical, Civil Engineering
Ø At least 7 years of direct experience in Installation for Electronics manufacturing business
Ø Strong leadership, good management skills and supervision
Ø Good self-organization, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Able to go to up-country (Not Often)
Prefer:
Ø Experience in management skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:15 – 17:15 (Mon-Fri)
