Inspector (QC Engineer) (24K-30K) (SDG-39422) <Job Responsibilities> Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests Prepare and review ITP, inspection report and project quality control document to the management and customer. Review fabricator's ITP against the scope of works Provide, witnessing and review WPS and PQR document Check that the Project teams have made adequate design accordance with fabrication procedure. Welding inspection. NDE inspection Checking the hydrostatic & Pneumatic test Prepare & coordinate the issue of Non-Conformance reports Plan, monitor and expedite vendor fabrication work Check that the Project teams have made adequate design for fabrication procedure. Prepare the completion of as-built turnover documentation and MDR. Other task assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-30 years old Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related field Conversational low level of English At least 2 years’ experience as field engineering and having knowledge of piping (especially in Chemical, Food, Oil, Biomass, Power plant) Having driving license (use company car) Able to work at office in Bangkok and upcountry site. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> Knowledge of P&ID, ISO and drawing of pressure vessel , JIS, AEMS and API for piping, tank, vessel and structure Experience in projects related to Japanese company Experience in quality control of Chemical plant including plant, piping and commissioning. Have RT and PT certified Level II are preferable.
