Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Receive and process customer RFQs (Request for Quotation). - Prepare quotations and input data for new projects. - Correspond with customers and suppliers regarding quotation requests and pricing details. - Update and maintain quotation data regularly based on predetermined rules, including changes in frequency, exchange rates, copper prices, and other material costs. - Follow up with customers on project status and update project tracking sheets accordingly. - Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, product management) to gather necessary information and complete customer inquiries. - Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation. - Manage and organize sales-related documentation and project files. - Perform any other tasks as assigned by the sales team.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 year of experience in a Sales coordinator or Sales Support role within the automobile industry or a trading company, - Business level English proficiency, required to interact with customers and suppliers; TOEIC score of at least 750 is mandatory. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook Email and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables); Basic trade knowledge. <In details> Soft Skills: Detail-oriented; Ability to multitask effectively; Self-motivated and disciplined; Possesses initiative to learn new things; Team player with strong collaborative skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Working Experience in Japanese Company. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Business, International Trade, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Sciences, or Mathematics.
