Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Present and sell Analytical Reagents, chemical reference standards for chemical and physical testing, laboratory glassware, and laboratory equipment for use in laboratories and research facilities. - Manage and develop the company’s key accounts, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, industrial factories, laboratory service providers, research institutes, universities, and government agencies utilizing laboratory chemicals. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through online channels, telephone, email, and the company’s Line Official Account (Line OA) system. - Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customers’ analytical methods and specific application requirements. - Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and bidding documents to support the achievement of sales targets. - Coordinate and follow up on order status, product delivery, and provide timely updates to customers. - Prepare customer reports, analyze sales opportunities, and support systematic sales strategy planning. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, General Chemistry, or related fields. Candidate A or B can send - (A) At least 2 years' experience as Sales in Chemicals products - (B) At least 2 years' experience as Sales in Sales Coordinator and Sales Admin - Conversational Middle Level in English (Able to read English Document) - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Understand customer problems and commit to provide advice on choosing chemicals that are truly suitable for customers <Preferable Skill> - Experience in laboratory work, analytical instrument operation, or sales experience will be an advantage.
