Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Follow instructions and report work progress to supervisors. - Control and manage NG (Non-Good) issues in the production process in line with departmental targets. - Review and verify daily production reports. - Identify root causes of production problems and resolve NG issues. - Assign tasks, supervise, and monitor the performance of subordinates. - Review and control departmental documentation. - Prepare and/or review Work Instructions (WI). - Control production operations according to the production plan to ensure on-time delivery. - Train subordinates to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Propose process improvements to reduce production costs and increase profitability (Kaizen). - Prepare and maintain Trouble Reports. - Prepare and maintain Parameter Change documentation. - Comply with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System requirements: - Comply with the company’s environmental policy. - Comply with environmental aspects relevant to the assigned department. - Comply with environmental-related procedures. - Comply with environmental management plans.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering field or High Diploma in Engineering program - At least 8 years of experience with injection molding machines (Control Technician) - At least 5 years of experience in production line control (Control Operator) - Understanding of ISO9001, ISO/IATF16949, and ISO14001. - Able to use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. <Details> - Good relationship, highly responsible, and willing to work under pressure - Strong leadership ability with good communication skills - High sense of responsibility. - Detail-oriented and precise. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Can start working immediately - Direct experience of maintenance in Plastic for Automotive Manufacturing
