Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare materials and other requirements for injection molding operations according to the production plan. - Operate and control injection molding machines. - Set up and adjust molding parameters such as temperature, pressure, and injection speed according to mold and material requirements. - Analyze molding defects and process issues, and implement corrective actions and improvements. - Record and maintain molding conditions, production data, and troubleshooting reports. - Perform routine inspection and maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S principles. - Prepare and manage documentation in compliance with ISO requirements. - Follow company quality policies and departmental objectives. - Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Vocational Diploma, Higher Vocational Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in plastic injection molding. - Hands-on experience operating injection molding machines and related equipment. - Experience in setting and adjusting molding parameters. - Basic knowledge of mold structures and mold manufacturing processes. - Ability to troubleshoot molding defects and production issues. - Ability to read and understand product drawings and mold drawings. - Experience preparing and maintaining ISO-related documentation. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience using CAD software. - Ability to review and make minor modifications to technical drawings. - Experience in injection molding process setup and machine start-up. - Experience in continuous improvement activities related to quality and productivity. - Experience in automotive, electronics, or precision parts manufacturing industries. - Available to join on short notice.
