Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage production planning and progress in the injection molding department - Set, adjust, and improve molding conditions, and implement countermeasures for defects - Supervise mold installation and maintenance activities - Ensure product inspection and promote quality improvement in line with standards - Optimize allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower for efficient production - Lead, train, and develop team members while ensuring workplace safety - Support new product launch, including trial runs and transition to mass production - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Batcheror's degree in Engineer or any related field - 7 Years experience as a Production Manager or Injection Engineer - Management experience (number of subordinates not limited) - Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment - Ability to manage production schedules, quality, and efficiency - Problem-solving and improvement-oriented mindset - Good leadership and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese or English communication skills *company has traslator and many Japanese staff can understand Thai
