<Job Responsibilities>
- Support manager's task
- Optimize effective use of machines, material, energy, information and human resources
- Cost control, such as monitoring consumption of raw materials and textile
- Takt time calculation and analyse for efficient production
- Monitoring the line efficiencies
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

* Have opportunity in training at Headquarter in Japan
* Opportunity to be leader/manager in the future

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 22 -24 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial engineer
- Welcome fresh graduate with interested in apparel business
- Conversational level of English (to communicate with Japanese manager)
- Can commute to Samut sakorn factory
- Person who is willing to be a manager in the future
- Willing to learn Japanese style textile business and learn Japanese
- Person who is willing to learn new tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- งานของผู้จัดการฝ่ายสนับสนุน
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้เครื่องจักร วัสดุ พลังงาน ข้อมูล และทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- การควบคุมต้นทุน เช่น การตรวจสอบการใช้วัตถุดิบและสิ่งทอ
- คำนวณเวลาแทคและวิเคราะห์เพื่อการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของสายงาน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

* มีโอกาสอบรมที่สำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่น
* โอกาสในการเป็นผู้นำ/ผู้จัดการในอนาคต
