Import/Export Chief (JP) (35K–40K) (SDG-106603) หัวหน้าฝ่ายนำเข้า/ส่งออก (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> - Check the client's product inventory status and request orders from suppliers - Preparation of customs clearance documents - Regular communication via email with suppliers in Japan, US and Mexico *Communicate with Japanese clients in Japanese and with suppliers in other countries in English - Respond clients inquiry - Arrange schedule and delivery route with clients - Numerical management in Excel - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ตรวจสอบสถานะสินค้าคงคลังของลูกค้าและขอคำสั่งซื้อจากซัพพลายเออร์ - จัดทำเอกสารวิธีการศุลกากร - การสื่อสารเป็นประจำผ่านทางอีเมลกับซัพพลายเออร์ในญี่ปุ่น สหรัฐอเมริกา และเม็กซิโก *สื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นด้วยภาษาญี่ปุ่นและกับซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศอื่น ๆ ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ - ตอบคำถามลูกค้า - จัดตารางเวลาและเส้นทางการจัดส่งกับลูกค้า - การจัดการเชิงตัวเลขใน Excel - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
