Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing and processing import documentation according to custom invoices, and cargo-control
Calculating duty and tariff payments or arranging for payment of taxes
Monitoring and studying updates or changing import rules/regulations
Advising customers on import restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements or other custom-related matters
Contacting the related offices i.e. BOI,MOC, and FDA
Preparing papers for shippers to appeal duty charges
Insuring cargo against loss, damage, or pilferage
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 32-40
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics or any related field
At least 5 years of Experience in logistics industry e.g. warehouse, overseas
logistics company
Experience in Import regulations and Compliance
Experience in managing service providers (freight carriers, transportation)
Good command of English and computer literacy
Able to do cost analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Strong presentation and management skills
Customs Specialist License
Driver’s license/Own car
Japanese speakers
Languages skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area:Bangphli, Samutprakarn
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 8.00-17.00 (work on Saturday depending on the company’s calendar)

Salary: 30,000-35,000 THB/Month
