Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle import documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, and related customs clearance documents. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics companies for import shipments. - Follow up shipment status and support delivery schedule control. - Support Sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, and customer communication. - Coordinate with warehouse staff for inbound goods receiving and delivery arrangements. - Communicate with overseas suppliers and local customers by email and phone. - Maintain import documents, filing, and data entry records. - Support invoice preparation and coordinate with Accounting when required. - Check inventory information and support stock updates for Sales team. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in handling import documentation and import operations. - Experience working in a Japanese company - Conversational Middle English to communicate with a Japanese MD <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in food-related industries such as frozen food, meat processing, or food manufacturing companies. - Positive attitude and clear, confident communication
