Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle and coordinate all import procedures, required documentation, and customs-related processes.
- Prepare and submit import licenses to government agencies such as FDA, Customs Department, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Fisheries.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth import operations.
- Prepare import documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and preferential tariff documents (JTEPA, RCEP, FORM E, etc.).
- Monitor shipment schedules, follow up on cargo status, and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with international partners and internal departments to support operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to various product types such as food, fruits and vegetables, cosmetics, and items requiring import permits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to import activities.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in importing goods from overseas
- Knowledge of import operations, customs procedures, and related documentation
- Able to coordinate and submit import-related licenses to government agencies such as the FDA, the Customs Department, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Fisheries, etc.
- Experience preparing import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L (Bill of Lading), and preferential tariff documents (JTEPA Japan–Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement, RCEP Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, FORM E Certificate of Origin under ACFTA, etc.).
- Experience coordinating with shipping agents, freight forwarders, warehouses, and related government agencies.
- Understanding of product classifications and regulations for various product types such as food, fruits and vegetables, cosmetics, and products requiring import permits.
- Conversational middle in English to communicate for documents and email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
