เจ้าหน้าที่นำเข้า-ส่งออก (BOI)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage overall Import - Export (Free zone, BOI, Direct shipment to customer)
- Check invoice, packing list, AWB, BL, HS-Code, Import Duty and approve before shipping process
- Update import-export schedule to shipping, warehouse, freight forwarder
- Key in freight/clearing cost to SAP
- Control all of shipment for process customs clearance
- Complete and accurate BOI documentation and procedures
- Maintain BOI privilege status of the company
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, 27-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years experience of overall Import-Export role in Trading company
- Experience in BOI
- Good command of English (Written email)
- Experience handle import-export document, PL list / Custom document
- Negotiation skill, Immediate problem solving, Details
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience electronic or Automotive product
- Knowledge of Incoterm

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการการนำเข้า-ส่งออกโดยรวม (เขตปลอดอากร, BOI, การจัดส่งตรงถึงลูกค้า)
- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ รายการบรรจุภัณฑ์ AWB, BL, HS-Code, อากรขาเข้า และอนุมัติก่อนดำเนินการจัดส่ง
- อัพเดทตารางนำเข้า-ส่งออก เป็น ขนส่ง คลังสินค้า ขนส่งสินค้า
- ระบุค่าขนส่ง/เคลียร์ค่าขนส่งไปยัง SAP
- ควบคุมการขนส่งทั้งหมดสำหรับกระบวนการพิธีการศุลกากร
- เอกสารและขั้นตอนของ BOI ที่สมบูรณ์และถูกต้อง
- รักษาสถานะสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI ของบริษัท

- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 27-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ของบทบาทการนำเข้า-ส่งออกโดยรวมในบริษัทการค้า
- มีประสบการณ์ใน BOI
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เขียนอีเมล)
- มีประสบการณ์จัดการเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก รายการ PL / เอกสารที่กำหนดเอง
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การแก้ปัญหาทันที รายละเอียด
