Import – Export Sales Associate (Sales) (20K-29K) (SDG-21875) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for all import/export sales activities of automotive parts, Machinery and materials, Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Parts and Machinery Liaise with import-export shipping to match with committed date in order to support customers’ requirements Arrange import-export shipments to meet with customers’ requirements Manage purchase and sales activities for the on-going and new business Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target Handle and responsible for the day-to-day operation (Making quotation; invoicing; Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense; Generate ordering and shipment control schedule; Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; Follow up tax and duty privilege) Documentation and other tasks as assigned Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (1 Saturday per month according to company's calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–29,000THB About the company Products: Automotive parts, Machinery and materials, Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Parts and Machinery Business Type: General Trading Company; Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 23-29 years Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration, International Business, or other faculties related to business is preferred) 1 – 2 years working experience in Sales, Sales Support, and other related functions Knowledge in Import-Export operation and sales documents Good command in written and spoken English Have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
