<Number of employees : Total: 280 Local: 275 Japanese: 5 > <Report Line: BOI Section manager (TH)> <Team Member: 3 persons > <Number of Subordinates: None> <Products: Lost wax precision casting > <Clients: Japanese manufacturing company, Thai company > <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday > <Position Objective/Expectation > ・Responsible for Export, Import and BOI session <Job Responsibilities> ・Coordinate with concerned parties to confirm and monitoring Import-Export ・Review, control and manage import/export document keeping properly in term of reference and customs audit. ・Analyze and control all related logistics costs to ensure lowest cost possible including review factors which effect to logistics service and report to manager ・Submit Formula to BOI, Import online , Balance Stock , Monitor with Raw Material Tracking System of BOI ・Issue Invoice & Packing to Export under BOI condition and Term of Trending ・Submit analysis and calculate cost to request Form AJ, JTEAP,D ・Additional jobs assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management , Logistic or related filed. ・Welcome fresh grad ・Understanding of BOI, Free zone ,import & export rules and regulations ・Advance conversation middle level in English <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor’s degree in Logistic. ・Working experience 1 year in Export, Import and BOI role in manufacturing company ( especially small parts of metal)
