Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handling import-export documentation in compliance with BOI conditions. - Prepare import-export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), COA, COO. - Verify the accuracy of documents prior to submission to Customs or freight forwarders. - Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, or brokers to facilitate customs clearance procedures. - Verify and ensure the correct HS Code classification based on the product type. - Oversea the importation of raw materials or finished goods to ensure compliance with regulations under BOI, TISI (Thai Industrial Standards Institute), and the Department of Industrial Work (DIW). - Liaise with the Customs Department, Department of Foreign Trade, BOI, TISI, Department of Industrial Works, and other relevant agencies. - Coordinate with Oversea clients and International freight forwarders. - Manage maximum raw material quantity limits with the BOI office. - Oversea raw material imports and stock deduction (usage reconciliation) in accordance with BOI regulations. - Handle machinery imports and returns for repair. - Preparation and submit reports to the BOI as required by investment promotion conditions. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 4 years of experience in Import–Export and BOI operations within an industrial manufacturing. - Knowledge of BOI regulations, customs formalities, e-Customs systems, and Free Zone operations. - Conversational middle-level English (For co-working with Japan Headquarters, reading, and writing). - Good computer skills (Microsoft Office). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Familiar with the local import policy in Thailand, and understand the import compliance requirements of industrial products and indirect materials. <Personality> - Good interpersonal skills.
