ICT Manager (70K–80K) (SDG-98854) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายไอซีที <Job responsibilities> - Managing information technology and computer systems - Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations - Managing IT staff - Vendor control and ICT project management - PC support (support and fix ICT problems for all offices) - fix, set and improve office infrastructure (set and implement network equipment, set and implement security facilities) - Server management (AX dynamics, Fileserver) - Make manuals and policies for ICT charge persons and users (English/Japanese and Thai) - Solve ICT problem - Other job assigned by the supervisor <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - การจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ - การควบคุมและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานด้านไอทีและข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ - บริหารจัดการพนักงานไอที - การควบคุมผู้ขายและการจัดการโครงการ ICT - ใช้พีซี (สนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหา ICT สำหรับสำนักงานทั้งหมด) - แก้ไข ตั้งค่า และปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของสำนักงาน (ตั้งค่าและใช้งานอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย ตั้งค่าและใช้งานสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านความปลอดภัย) - การจัดการเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (AX dynamics, Fileserver) - จัดทำคู่มือและนโยบายสำหรับผู้คิดค่าบริการ ICT และผู้ใช้บริการ (ภาษาอังกฤษ/ภาษาญี่ปุ่น และภาษาไทย) - แก้ไขปัญหา ICT - งานอื่นๆ ที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย
Job Requirement
