<Job Responsibilities> 1. Conduct Market Surveys • Visit client sites and project locations to understand challenges, gather feedback, and monitor competitor activities. 2. Drive Product Planning and Perform product design • Plan and Develop new product with internal related position such as Research and Development/ other related position, address technical feasibility, and assess investment impacts to support business growth. 3. Analyze Standards & Recommend Actions • Collect and review relevant technical standards, and propose measures to ensure compliance and product excellence. 4. Coordinate with company's factory both in Thailand (Chonburi, Rayong) and oversea such as in Asia, Europe 5. Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years in Air conditioner design (residential or commercial) or HVAC system design/construction (Chiller plants, AHUs). - Proven experience in system integration and control of HVAC systems - Conversational High in English (dealing with customer, address technical feasibility etc) - Holding own car with driving license <Personality & Skills> - Flexible, strategic thinker with broad technical curiosity. - Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented with integrity. - Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional and multicultural environments. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Holding TOEIC score 600 or higher - Background experience including refrigeration systems and showcases - Early join candidates
