<Job Responsibilities> - Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process. - Orienting new employees. - Monitoring employee performance. - Implementing systematic staff development procedures. - Develop training and development programs. - Providing counseling on policies and procedures. - Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration. - Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance. - ESH & ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 activities. - Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. - Overseeing the health and safety of all employees. - Legal Union and labor relations - Other assigned task by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related fields - At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources in any manufacturing. - Knowledge of labor law. - Experience in overseeing subordinates. - Conversational high in English (communication with Japanese report line, email, and documents) - Good Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, e-mail, etc.) <In Details> - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Good relationship, Interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH)
