Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- ESH & ISO 9001,14001, 45001 activities.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Legal Union and labour relations
- Oversee the preparation of job descriptions, advertising of vacant positions, and overall
recruitment process to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Supervise and provide approval for new employee orientation conducted by the HR team.
- Monitor the implementation of payroll and benefits administration
- other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 28 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any realated feilds
- At least 5 years experience in overall Human Resources.
- At least 1 year experience as a supervisor(higher than member level)
- Conversational high level in English
(Communication with Japanese Manager and documents)
- Knowledge in ISO 9001,14001, 45001
- knowledge in Labor law and Labor Union
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office , Internet , e-mail, etc.)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- good relationship, Interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Overseeing subordinates
- Experience in Environment, safety, and health (ESH)
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Pathum Thani (Near Future Park Rangsit)
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
