Work Outline: Responsible for overall HR and GA tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible for HR tasks, such as posting jobs, screening candidates, setting up interview with candidate for management
Responsible for general administrative tasks, such as arrangements for meetings and other events, reservations, budget follow-up, etc.,
Preparing and/or processing administrative requests or documents, e.g. purchase orders, flight bookings, travel requests, contracts, expenditure approvals, visa applications, etc.
Procurement of office supplies, stationary and necessities
Assist HR Manager and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female age 23 – 35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Japanese, or other related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome (majoring in human resources)
At least 3 years of working experience in HR and GA functions
Excellent command in English and Thai
Proficiency with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Web-based search, and Applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possessed strong planning and time management skills
Energetic and enthusiastic
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: N/A
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asok / (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
