Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to top management on HR-related matters
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective service delivery
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates
- Develop workforce planning strategies to support business growth
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipeline
- Implement performance management systems and processes
- Drive employee development, training, and succession planning
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency and engagement
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Oversee payroll coordination and HR budget planning
- Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 15 years of working experience in the HR field in Manufacturing
- At least 5 years in Management experiences in big-size company(500+)
- Conversational high level of English (International Meeting)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in the automotive or electronics industry
- SAP knowledge

<Detail>
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
