Work outline: Responsible for HRD and apply company policies to practice and documentation of HR department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Maintain HR standard procedures and work instructions
Ø Summary and analyse data for management such as manpower report, turnover report, overtime report, expense report etc.
Ø Support administration jobs;
Ø Capable to organize multi-task in limited timeline
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 28-40 years
Ø Bachelor degree in management, political, psychology, law or any related fields
Ø At least 4-5 year experience in Human Resource fields
Ø possess strong knowledge of payroll tax, legal and accounting requirements related to payroll administration as well as internal processes related to payroll
Ø Good communication in English
Ø Capable of working under pressure and attentive to learn
Ø Computer skill in MS-Office
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level

Workplace Area: Suvarnabhumi Airport
Working Hour: 8:00-17:20 *including 1h20min break time (Mon-Sat) Saturday is holiday once a month
