Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [HRM around 80% : Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Empoyee relation, ISO systems] - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and temporary staff recruitment. - Control and monitor employee start dates and resignation dates. - Oversee the company's payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Extract and process employee attendance data (absences, leaves, tardiness) for payroll calculations. - Monitor overtime hours across all departments. - Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval. - Set up and manage payroll disbursement systems for timely approvals and payments. - Handle annual tax submissions, including monthly tax (PND1) and yearly tax (PND1 Kor). - Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrollments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees. - Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrollments, terminations, and adjustments. - Handle Student Loan fund submissions. - Advise employees on benefits and administer entitlements (e.g., IPD, OPD coverage). - Provide support and resolve issues related to the HR system, focusing on Time Attendance and Payroll. - Monitor staff time attendance records. - Record, update, and prepare monthly reports for time attendance and leave/late. - Maintain accurate employee and company documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Manage employee data including compensation. - Manage the HR budget and petty cash reimbursements for the HR department. - Oversee inventory and distribution of employee uniforms. - Prepare workstations and assets for new hires and track asset returns from resigning employees. - Control, monitor, and manage Labor Laws, Labor Relations, and Company rules and regulations. - Organize employee relation activities (e.g., New Year Party, Outing). - Manage and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 system for effective management. - Prepare HR reports. [HRD : HR Planning, Traning & Developemnt 20%] - Conduct manpower planning and HR planning. - Perform job analysis and maintain the organization chart. - Plan, design, and manage training courses. - Manage the performance management system. - Conduct succession and career planning. - Improve the evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of experience in HR full-cycle HRM, including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HRD (HR Planning and Development) - Conversation High in English (To communicate with Japanese Management , document and e-mail)- - Knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Knowledge of Tax and SSO for Foreigners. - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. - Hand-on experience with payroll software (Tigersoft program). - Having experience involved in ISO9001. <Personalily> - Self-motivated, active person, and result-oriented. - Good communication skills, positive attitude and relationship. - Good Service mind and able to work well under pressure. - Passion to learn new things. <Preferable> - Can join immediately or earlier
