Work Outline: Use data base and support for communication between HR team and IT team


Duties & Responsibility:

Use data base for HR management (AS400 is current system, but going to use new system)

Classify internal document for risk management

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines in required

Evaluate the requests from each division and provide accurate information

Analyze the data and statistics for requirement and make internal report

Support MD for making decision for requirement using statistic data


Qualifications:

[Must]

Age 27-37, Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Political Science

5 years up of experience in Human resource Information system 

(HRM/HRD/HRIS environment in a technical)

Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions, processes and experience with database tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Access)

Must have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated understanding of HR technology and tools

Java skill 

Languages skills 

English: Business Level


Workplace Area: Latkrabang

Working Hour:: 7.50-17:10 (Monday – Friday)
