Work Outline: Use data base and support for communication between HR team and IT team
Duties & Responsibility:
Use data base for HR management (AS400 is current system, but going to use new system)
Classify internal document for risk management
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines in required
Evaluate the requests from each division and provide accurate information
Analyze the data and statistics for requirement and make internal report
Support MD for making decision for requirement using statistic data
Qualifications:
[Must]
Age 27-37, Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Political Science
5 years up of experience in Human resource Information system
(HRM/HRD/HRIS environment in a technical)
Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions, processes and experience with database tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Access)
Must have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated understanding of HR technology and tools
Java skill
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Workplace Area: Latkrabang
Working Hour:: 7.50-17:10 (Monday – Friday)
