Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and organisational change. - Lead workforce planning and execute effective staffing strategies, including onboarding processes. - Provide guidance to line managers on performance management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions. - Partner with management and employees to strengthen working relationships, enhance engagement, and improve retention. - Handle employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures. - Address and resolve concerns raised by both management and employees in a timely and professional manner. - Oversee payroll data consolidation and ensure accurate and timely salary payments. - Manage performance evaluations and salary review processes. - Prepare HR reports and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned. - Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, ensuring organisation-wide compliance and awareness. - Monitor and report on workplace health and safety compliance. - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. - Drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives to support organisational direction. - Resolve workplace conflicts through effective and professional mediation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. - At least 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development in the Manufacturing or Logistics industry (big scale company 300 employee up) - At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role - At least conversational-high level of English (Communicate with the Japanese President) - Own a car and can travel to 13 branches such as Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi for manage operation or discuss some issue. - Experience in both HRM(payroll and payment) and HRD(training and coaching staff) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company or understanding of Japanese culture - Experience managing a large workforce (500+ Employees) - Experience as a General Manager
