Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation. - Develop learning materials and content, such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. - Maintain training records and reports, including attendance, cost tracking, and post-training evaluations. - Collaborate with department heads to support skill development, succession planning, and career path programs. - Support talent development initiatives, such as leadership development, mentorship, and high-potential programs. - Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. - Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices, incorporating new methods and technologies into training strategy.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource management or other relevant field. - At least 4 years of HRD, training, or employee development. - Knowledge of labor law and training submission requirements to the Department of Skill Development. - Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously. - Hands-on experience in organizing in-house training, seminars, or workshops - English conversational High level (Documents and e-mail) - Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) <Details> - Strong planning and problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure, responsible, and possess leadership qualities <Preferable> - A business with multiple branches
