Job Description

Human Resource (Compliance Function) @Chonburi (25K-30K) (SDG-51022)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
	Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
	Draft and revise company policies
	Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
	Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
	Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
	Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
	Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
	Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
	Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
	Support HR Function such as training, recruitment

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
	Bachelor’s degree in Laws or related fields
	At least 2-3 years’ work experience as Compliance Officer or handling legal documents of the company (renew and registration documents)
	Good communication skill to work well with people and eager to learn other task in HR function 
	Good command in English (Conversational Level Low-Middle)
	Fundamental knowledge of labor and commercial Laws

<Preferable Skill / Experience>	
	Business Level of English
	Possess Lawyer's License
