Human Resource (Compliance Function) @Chonburi (25K-30K) (SDG-51022) <Job Responsibilities> Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them Draft and revise company policies Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals Support HR Function such as training, recruitment
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-30 years old Bachelor’s degree in Laws or related fields At least 2-3 years’ work experience as Compliance Officer or handling legal documents of the company (renew and registration documents) Good communication skill to work well with people and eager to learn other task in HR function Good command in English (Conversational Level Low-Middle) Fundamental knowledge of labor and commercial Laws <Preferable Skill / Experience> Business Level of English Possess Lawyer's License Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Near J-Park, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Hotel, Service Apartment for Japanese people Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage); Construction / Home Building;
