Human Resource Assistant Manager (40K–60K) (SDG-116697) <Job responsibilities> - Oversee full range of professional HR services and advices including performance Management, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, staff movement, and work with the Department heads/line managers to prevent and resolve the staff issues with Ensure legal compliance - Accountable for talent acquisition strategies and action plan to align with the organization development plan and business direction for sustainable expansion and growth - Liaise with Management and Head of Department on annual performance Review and salary increments. - Liaise with Management on budgeting planning, Variable Bonus Payment, employee awards - Formulate and implement related HR policies to Ensure it can help both the line managers and staff comply for work effectiveness - Overall distribution and reporting processes of payroll - Oversee staff relations activities and functions in order to promote the Strong connections among the company staff as the team player - Review and manage the employee insurance coverage including renewal and work Injury claims - Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and foster career growth within the organization. - Generate HR reports as needed for senior Management, tracking recruitment, training, turnover, and other key metrics.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of Full loop HR experience (HRM & HRD) - Experience in manufacturing sector and Japanese company - Strong leadership ability - Conversational High to business level of English (report to Japanese Management, Meeting etc.) - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Demonstrates Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and the ability to Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Have proactive attitude with a focus on Supporting employee needs and fostering a positive workplace culture. - Passionate about Creating a work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and excited to come to work every day. - a self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach. ability to work Independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Being able to navigate and adapt to Japanese business culture. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Electronic or Automotive manufacturing industry. - Having TOEIC score 650 or higher - Experience with payroll platforms: Power Vision Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat average 1 time/month) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: controllers, switches, sensors Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
