Work Outline Responsible for the development and implementation of HRD, especially engagement strategies
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the manager for implementing establishment of human resource management
Responsible for arranging employees engagement
Responsible for human resource development including procedure and practice to meet the organization requirements for short terms and long terms business needs
Work closely with the manager to identify human resource issues / problems and provide consulting and support to the superior to finding solutions
Responsible for operations and functions of budget control
Operating tasks as assigned by superior
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female , age 32-39 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
At least 7 years of working experience in HRM and HRD
Experience in Employees Engagement and how to retain employees
Good practice & skill in computer (MS. Excel & MS. PowerPoint)
Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)
Proactive, analytical thinking and able to provide innovation approach with strong multitasking capabilities
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced – Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 700)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladeang/ MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday-Friday)
