Work Outline: Be responsible for overall HR and Admin tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for HR management operation functions of factory ie HR procedures, rules & regulations, manpower management, recruitment & selection, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, labor union, HR information system.
Responsible for Administration operation functions of factory ie factory license & permit, vehicle & driver, building & facilities, security, waste & hazardous, factory visit, dispatcher, government & community relations etc.
Responsible for additional activities assigned from factory manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male only, Age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Have more than 5 years’ experience in HR management and Administration of manufacturing field
Have a strong working experience with labor union and labor relations function
Good command of English
Good communication skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Bachelor degree in Human resource management or related fields.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
