HSE Department Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-104495) ผู้จัดการแผนก HSE <Job responsibilities> - Manage overall issue based on RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) - Lead the organization and implement management in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001, ISO45001 and RBA. - Implement the internal audit program and external audit for ISO14001, ISO45001 and RBA management system - Manage HSE tasks in accordance with legal, customer and TDK head office requirements - Establish and operate HSE management policies and procedures - Consider and implement the HSE program in cooperation with the HSE coordinator, who represents the head office functions, and report the results. (Need to participate in global meetings and report on EHS performance. In addition, input into the EHS management program from feedback and shared information) - Responsible for facility security management, and implements security management according to security requirements - Consider an environment CSR program, budget planning & management, training plan, emergency plan and BCP - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - จัดการปัญหาโดยรวมตาม RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) - เป็นผู้นำองค์กรและดำเนินการจัดการตามข้อกำหนดของ ISO14001, ISO45001 และ RBA - ดำเนินโครงการตรวจสอบภายในและการตรวจสอบภายนอกสำหรับระบบการจัดการ ISO14001, ISO45001 และ RBA - จัดการงาน HSE ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย ลูกค้า และสำนักงานใหญ่ของ TDK - จัดทำและดำเนินการนโยบายและขั้นตอนการจัดการ HSE - พิจารณาและดำเนินโครงการ HSE ร่วมกับผู้ประสานงาน HSE ซึ่งเป็นผู้แทนหน่วยงานสำนักงานใหญ่ และรายงานผล (จำเป็นต้องเข้าร่วมการประชุมระดับโลกและรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานด้าน EHS นอกจากนี้ ข้อมูลเข้าสู่โปรแกรมการจัดการ EHS จากข้อเสนอแนะและข้อมูลที่แบ่งปัน) - รับผิดชอบการจัดการความปลอดภัยของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และดำเนินการจัดการความปลอดภัยตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย - พิจารณาโครงการ CSR ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การวางแผนและการจัดการงบประมาณ แผนการฝึกอบรม แผนฉุกเฉิน และ BCP - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 45 - 48 years old - Bachelor's degree - Any bachelor's degree related to HSE fields - At least 5 years experience in HSE issue - At least 1 year experience in management level - Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 550 up) - Experience in Managing ISO14001, ISO45001 and RBA (Ability to formulate, implement, and manage management programs) - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
