Work Outline: Responsible for all functions of Human Resources
Important point is, manpower planning and implementation
Duties & Responsibility:
•Recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management, Training and development
•Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions
•Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
•Maintain and controlling Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all members
•Control payroll (HRIS) & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy
•Manage all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities
•Prepare various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy
•Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Male and Female , Thai nationality , Age 30-40 * Negotiable
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business
•Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
•Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
•Excellent English communication skills
•Computer literacy (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
•Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels

•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

English: Business level
Workplace Area: (BTS) UdomSuk (About 10 mints from station By car)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17.30
