(Post in job board, contact with recruitment agency.) • Responsible for processing of employee benefit, insurance, payroll. • Responsible for Controlling and Management HRM document control system. • Orientations new employee. • Other tasks as assigned. Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 22-27 years • Female preferred • Have working experience ・Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields ・Have working experience at least 1 year about HRM in any manufacturing industry ・Advance conversation middle level of English ・Able to use Microsoft Office program • Fresh Grad ・Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields ・Advance conversation middle-high level of English ・Able to use Microsoft Office program ・Bachelor’s Degree in English major is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None
