HRM Manager @Chonburi (60K-80K) (JO-180404-151070)
Work outline: Responsible for overall HR works such as Payroll, Employee relation and direct recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide management advice on overall HR related issues mainly are payroll, Employee Relation, and direct recruitment.
Review and update HR policy and procedure to ensure that the company practice complies with legal and local requirement
Manage all HR function (including welfare and compensation)
Coordinate with line manager regarding manpower request and timeline to support all section
Motivate staff to achieve individual goal and provide resource for development
Other work as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor degree in HR management or any related filed.
At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with HR’s role
Proactive and strong influencing skill
Ability to negotiate with fair decision making
Have facilitation skill
Ability to work under pressure to solve HR related issues

English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 8.00 – 17.30
