Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 25-35 years • Any gender • Bachelor's Degree in any related field • At least 2 years of working experience as HRM in payroll part from any manufacturing. • Conversational middle level in English • Working experience as payroll in automotive company is preferable • High motivation to improve is preferable • Good in relationship and coordination skills is preferable • Experience in Japanese company is preferable • Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable Workplace Area: Prachinburi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Sat :Every other Saturday) ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น • อายุ 25-35 ปี • เพศใดก็ได้ • วุฒิปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง • มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง HRM ในส่วนบัญชีเงินเดือนจากการผลิตใดๆ • การสนทนาระดับกลางเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ • มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านบัญชีเงินเดือนในบริษัทยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • แรงจูงใจสูงในการปรับปรุงจะดีกว่า • มีทักษะด้านความสัมพันธ์และการประสานงานที่ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • พื้นที่ทำงาน: ปราจีนบุรี • เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
