Work outline: In charge of GA&HR tasks

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for invoicing and collection of accounts for services such as Handles cash. Prepares deposits.

Ø  Prepares various reports such as statements of account and recording all cash activity on a daily basis.

Ø  Provide supporting documentation for audits

Ø  Review, verify invoices, track expenses and process expense reports

Ø  Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

Ø  Documenting all accounts payable transactions and completing balance sheet reconciliations.

Ø  Maintain vendor files and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Ø  Instructs staff in performance of work concerning administrative operations.

Ø  Composes correspondence relating to the activities of the position. Types various documents such as letters, reports, statistical tables and administrative forms.

Ø  Ensures proper maintenance of unit's filing system. Applies archiving procedures.

Ø  Uses a variety of equipment such as a computer terminal or personal computer, calculator, copy machine and fax machine.

Ø  Schedule meetings and organize and co-ordinate travel arrangements both domestic and overseas, including liaising with customer contacts and travel agents as required.

Ø  Provide monthly information of OT and attendance summary to all departments to ensure all data is corrected before closing salary.

Ø  Responsible for providing efficient employee and management health insurance plan and coverage. Social security fund registration and resignation process.

Ø  Responsible for recruitment process such as: job posting, pre-screening candidate profile through the schedule the interview session.

Ø  Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing the employment contract.

Ø  Other assignments by manager

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Female, Age 25-35

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Ø  Over 3 years of experience in HR&GA

Ø  Good command of English and computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point and Word)

Ø  Have experience from new setup company

 

Preferable:

Ø  Good command of Japanese

 

Language skills:

English: Business level

Japanese: Advanced conversational level (Preferable)

 

Workplace Area:  BTS Ploenchit

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
